Leslie Green
Principal
With more than 20 years in investor relations consulting, Leslie has worked with a broad array of technology companies, ranging in market cap from $170M to $110B. She has developed strong relationships with the Wall Street community, and well as a deep understanding of its needs and concerns.
Leslie has extensive experience in strategic communications, helping companies address the concerns of all critical audiences. She has driven the messaging strategy and execution for more than fifteen M&A transactions, as well as a number of initial and secondary public offerings. She has also assisted both public and private companies through a wide range of events and crises, including management changes, business disruptions, bankruptcy, executive health crises, and negative public perception.
Prior to founding Green Communications Consulting in 2006, Leslie was Executive Vice President of Stapleton Communications, a Palo Alto-based investor and public relations agency, where she was responsible for overseeing the strategy, planning and implementation of investor, media and corporate communications programs for a variety of technology companies.
Leslie has a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, as well as a certificate in International Media and Communication from Uppsala University in Sweden.
She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
Jeffrey Green
Principal
Jeffrey Green has more than 20 years of senior-level sales, marketing, and business development experience with technology and medical companies, ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 100. His consulting work centers around product branding, positioning, marketing, sales development and competitive analysis.
He has the distinction of playing an instrumental role in the commercialization of the world’s first handheld medical ultrasound device. As the worldwide marketing manager for Siemens Small Systems Division, Jeff was responsible for launching the world’s first hand-carried ultrasound system. He went on to become North American head of marketing for GE Healthcare’s Cardiovascular Ultrasound division, where he launched GE's first portable ultrasound line and helped GE significantly increase market share. He became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Signostics. There, Jeff launched the world’s first handheld, palm-sized ultrasound system and helped raise capital for Signostics’ growth.
Jeff is listed with Standard & Poor's and Dun & Bradstreet as an industry expert in miniaturization technology and has consulted with numerous companies, recently completing a three-month project for one of the world’s largest semiconductor companies, where he did market research and investigation into the application of miniaturization technology for CT and MRI development projects.

In his business development consulting work, Jeff works with clients in the technology and medical industries develop business opportunities in a variety of areas. He helps to identify and establish strategic partners, alliances and resellers worldwide. He has extensive experience with sales management and training, building inside sales and lead generation teams, as well as marketing and product messaging, branding and positioning, Google Analytics, social media activation programs and web-based marketing.
Jeff is an entrepreneur, who has started multiple ventures, including DocuMed, which is now a market leader in medical record management worldwide.
